Gate Guard Responsibilities:
Check in each resident using rent roll to verify who they are, Sign in each person on log sheet
Each resident (over 18, if under 18 list those names on sheet that adult is signing) must have signed waiver
Copies of blank waivers to be provided to gate guard
If pen is used needs to be sanitized after each use
Waivers should go in a folder in apartment order for reference in future if they return to the pool
At the top of every hour they must spray/wipe any touch surface down. This includes gate entry, pool step railings, bathrooms.
Monitor social distance guidelines are being met and monitor how long residents have been in pool. Each hour, if people are waiting to come into pool, residents should be switched out so all can enjoy pool throughout the day.
If an incident occurs be sure they fill out an incident report, this would include any incident related to non-compliance of pool rules/guidelines
Pay rate is $12.00 per hour, Pool is open Sunday - Saturday 11 am - 7 pm. Hours vary could work up to 40hrs per week.
