Requirements for job applicants: -Valid Driver’s License -Reliable transportation -A working cell phone -Some experience in landscaping and knowledge of basic tasks. Willing to train for the right individuals. Positions available: Install Crew Leader, Install Team Member, Maintenance Crew Leader, Maintenance Crew Team Member, Truck Driver, Office Administrator Installation Division: Crew Leaders: $16-$25 DOE Crew Members: $15-$20 DOE Installation tasks include: -Grading -Hardscaping -Plant installation -Sod installation -Retaining wall installation -Patio and firepit installation -Erosion Control -Water drainage management -French drain installation -Experience with and taking care of equipment a plus Truck Driver: $17-$25 DOE -Part time or full time available -Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record -CDL not required -Must be able to drive a manual and be familiar with air brakes -Must have experience hauling materials and equipment Maintenance Division: Crew Leaders: $16-$20 DOE Crew Members: $15-$18 DOE Maintenance tasks include: -Lawn Mowing -Edging -Weeding, pruning, and planting -Mulching -Required to keep track of personal timesheet and weekly tasks -Experience with and taking care of equipment a plus Office Administrator: $17-$25 DOE -Looking for a self-motivated, organized person with office administrative experience Daily tasks will include: - Filing/Paper management -Time sheets/payroll -Typing - Basic office tasks - Invoicing - Marketing - Website maintenance - Working with excel, quickbooks, and other programs - Corresponding with clients, team members, and vendors
