State Street Properties are looking for experienced landscapers. We provide maintenance services to over 100 buildings. This position will be responsible for the following: * Yard clean up * Mowing and trimming lawns, bushes, and branches * Weeding * Hauling limbs and debris * Reports needed service requests to supervisor/manager * Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 75 lbs) * Honest, hardworking, takes initiative Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of landscaping experience. * Must have a valid driver's license * Must be able to pass a background check * Must have reliable transportation Salary range is $18.00-$25.00 per hour depending on skills and experience. Paid vacation and Holidays, Mileage reimbursement. 40 hours per week. 9-5 Mon- Friday. Health Care, Vision, and Dental insurance available after 90 days.
