Seeking right fit for top 40/ alternative style band

I'm trying to find the right fit for a second bandmember for the band Year Nineteen. I'm currently doing all the (and enjoy) writing, production, promotion, you name it, and I've had enough success to start playing live shows. I need someone who fits the image I've created and embrace a collaborative dynamic. (think the TwentyOnePilots dynamic) I'm a multi instrumentalist so I can work with most. Must be in mid to late twenties, doesn't do drugs (weed is fine, but I probably wont join in), and is comfortable/ confident in front of crowds. Gender doesn't matter as long as you fit the image. I'll feature and collaborate if that's your style, but I'm really looking to to have someone join Year Nineteen. The genre is defiantly top 40 with a pop/alternative/ hip-hop vibe.
