Press release from the City of Fountain Valley: May 19, 2021 In observance of the Memorial Day Holiday on Monday, May 31, 2021, trash collection will be moved back one day. Trash collection for Tuesday, June 1 will be on Wednesday, June 2; Wednesday's collection will be on Thursday, June 3; Thursday's collection will be on Friday, June 4; and Friday's collection will be on Saturday, June 5. Street sweeping for Wednesday, June 2 will move to Thursday, June 3. Thursday's street sweeping will be on Friday, June 4 and Friday's street sweeping will be on Tuesday, June 8.
