Press release from the City of Mentor: May 17, 2021 Effective immediately, unvaccinated and partially vaccinated persons are required to wear a facial mask and socially distance in city facilities. Fully vaccinated persons do not have to follow these requirements. Visitors are encouraged to wear a mask if they have an underlying health condition that puts them at risk.
