We are an established Property Management company in need of a qualified self-started with a positive attitude.. The Maintenance Associate for Commercial and Residential Properties will perform general maintenance and repairs for Assigned Shopping Centers from Ashland to Central Point. Also, some Residential Maintenance as required. General Duties include but are not limited to the following: • Performs routine maintenance and repairs that do not require a specialized technician ie: basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and plumbing. Repairing drywall, painting, changing filters, changing light bulbs, repairing doors, landscaping, trash pick-up, removal of abandoned shopping carts, report damage, remove graffiti, dust for cobwebs and other building maintenance. Daily and weekly verbal / photo reports to supervisors. Ability to follow instructions from supervisors. Knowledge of general carpentry and repair. Ability to use hand tools and power tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, stretch or crawl into awkward spaces. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Driver's License: Good Driving Record (Required) Vehicle: Must have reliable vehicle. Truck is preferred. Vehicle allowance provided. Tools: Must have basic tools. Additional tools will be supplied for specific jobs. Work Location: Multiple locations in Southern Oregon from Ashland to Central Point. Past Experience: Maintenance Technician or equivalent. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekend/evening hours. Must have flexibility.
