Electrical lighting, recepticals, and clean-up

We're working to clean up this building, and need help. We need... 1. LED lighting put into the front of the building above and below the ledge using existing circuit. 2. Outlet added to the northeast roof off this lighting circuit. 3. Outlet added to the southeast corner under the ledge using existing circuit. 4. Emergency light added to the top of the stairs. Wire's there, so we need to learn which circuit it's on or how to connect it. 5. Pull new #3 wire from main panel to rooftop panel. 6. Clean up/strap up to meet code for existing conduit and outlets.
