Need experienced carpentry subcontractor in Gaithersburg, MD for about two weeks. Will pay $200-$250/day (1099). Start immediately. Provide own transportation and tools. Will need to pick up some materials at Home Depot. Must be able to work without supervision. Must be able to work Saturdays. SAMPLE WORK TYPES: INSIDE - Install cabinets - Install vanities - Blow-in attic insulation - Paint house interior (airless sprayer and backroller provided) - Install tile backsplash - Install plastic tub/shower surround - Install pre-hung and bifold doors - Install baseboard and casing - Install laminate flooring - Install shelving in closets and pantry - Install bathroom towel bars, mirrors, etc. - Install door handles - Cleanout remaining junk in attic OUTSIDE - Make flower beds - Rake construction debris from yard - Clean up any remaining trash from yard - Mow and weedwack (tools provided) - Plant grass and fertilize - Patch concrete patio and sidewalk - Cleanup remainder of gravel pile - Powerwash foundation, porch, sidewalk, chimneys, shed, driveway (powerwasher provided) - Put bagged asphalt along foundation and damaged parts of driveway, reseal driveway You don't need to be able to do all these types of work.
