PHOENIX, AZ — It's been nearly a week since Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey ended the state's $300 boosted unemployment, choosing to set aside $300 million for one-time, $2,000 bonuses for those that reenter the workforce full-time. The announcement, which also will pay out a one-time, $1,000 bonus to those that reenter the workforce on a part-time basis, is aimed at driving people back into the workforce in the 48th State. "In Arizona, we're going to use federal money to encourage people to work…instead of paying people not to work," Governor Ducey said in a statement.
