For over 50 years, OnMark Living, the multi-family residential division of Duffy Properties, a Waltham based, Property Management, Construction, and Real Estate Development company has built a reputation that we are proud of. We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Leasing Consultants to join our residential leasing team. Must be an energetic professional and provide excellent customer service to prospective tenants. Ability to fully understand their needs to recommend and help them to find a place in our community. Leasing Office Hours: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday – Friday) 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (Weekends) Part-time schedules available: 10 to 25 hours per week. Flexible scheduling options. Some weekend work is required. Locations: Four locations located in Woburn, Waltham, and Burlington with our leasing office based out of Woburn. Responsibilities will include: Responsible for taking calls from prospective tenants, scheduling tours, showing properties and communicating information about facility and amenities.Qualify prospects; determine needs, motives, and ability to rent Reviews tenant applications, handles details of move-ins, collects deposits and informs tenants of procedures. Completes all move-in details, including administrative work, such as, reference checks, creating leases, and tenant files. Establishes friendly and helpful working relationships with residents to gain their loyalty and promote resident referrals Answer calls from current tenants and acts as a liaison to have tenant inquires resolved, such as helping to facilitate service calls. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. No prior experience required, training provided. Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Position requires own vehicle to fulfill all job duties Must have a flexible work schedule and be able to work weekends.
