We're looking for a Super Star to join our Maintenance Department at Prairie Green Apartments in Urbana! Ideal candidates will be customer service focused, self-starters, eager to learn and ideally have experience in general property/grounds maintenance; completing Service Requests; and unit turnover (painting, maintenance and cleaning). Experience with HVAC is a plus! Must have reliable transportation, a valid ID and pass a background check. Hours are Mon - Fri: 9 - 6 with on-call rotation, including weekends.
