Rehoming a cool cat

Looking to rehome our cat, "Inmate". He is the orange and white cat (we rehomed the other cat). We have a family member moving in to rent a room and unfortunately they're allergic. Looking to have him go to a nice and loving person/family. Inmate loves to cuddle and relax. He is playful now and then but overall he's very easy going. He loves chatting at birds and he can be talkative. He gets along well with other cats. He is neutered and vaccinated. No health issues. He is approx. 4 years old. Included with him is: An automatic feeder A mini water cooler Litter box Plenty of litter A bag of his favorite cat food Wet food Scratching posts Toys Petting glove Homemade bed/cushions Cat carrier He's well taken care of and happy.
