We are looking for a Cleaner to undertake the cleaning activities on behalf of property owners. The successful candidate will effectively clean apartments and common areas to the satisfaction of the property manager. This position is Monday- Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Responsibilities · Follow all safety guidelines for the operation of equipment and chemicals. · Perform daily duties and assigned tasks such as weeding, shoveling, cleaning or tearing up carpets and general cleaning tasks. · Regular custodial work such as debris on walkways and disposing of it in the proper containers. · Daily lawn care to include raking and blowing leaves and shoveling snow. · Landscape as needed, with duties such as planting, tilling, weeding. · Perform snow removal with shovel and other equipment, as needed. · Prepare unit turns: deep cleaning, moving appliances and minor painting tasks. Qualifications for Cleaner: · Ability to pass a background check · Available to work any day of the week between 8 am and 5 pm · Able to operate a variety of equipment and tools · Able to lift 50 pounds · Extensive periods of sitting, standing and bending down during shift · Ability to understand verbal directions and closely execute with minimal supervision · Reliable transportation to work location
