Santa Barbara VIP is a Community Arts Collective that encourages self-expression through art and culture. We believe that art and culture are essential parts of any thriving community. We believe that art and culture lift the spirit and raises the collective consciousness of the citizen's of Santa Barbara. We collaborate with artist's, entertainers, and artistic organization's in an effort to facilitate mutual support, recognition, and the exchanging of ideas. We work to encourage a thriving community of artists and appreciation of art and culture within Santa Barbara.
