Processor Operator

We are currently accepting applications for a processor operator to run a 2015 Komatsu 430-3 with a Waratah 616C head. The position will begin after mud season typically around the end of may first of June. Duties will be to harvest trees off the stump, and process into highest value product along with fully utilizing each tree down to the smallest diameter. Keep up with maintenance on the machine. Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics and mechanics. Will have to use judgement from written prescriptions and verbal directions to execute the harvest to satisfy landowners and foresters. Knowledge of BMPS and harvesting within different shore-land zones is a plus. Safety oriented. Previous experience in a Cut-To-Length processor is preferred but not needed.
