We service single-family homes, apartments, condominiums and commercial buildings. We are looking for an honest, experienced, and skilled project manager, that has experience in complete interior/exterior renovations, roofing, siding, gutters, concrete, painting, kitchens, bathrooms, etc..... Hard-working, organized with strong follow up skills are a must to succeed and grow with our company. Starting salary based on estimating and project management experience with tremendous potential to grow by producing strong results and becoming a key member of the TEAM. From interior renovations to exterior roofing, siding, windows, concrete and other renovation projects. • Visiting projects on a regular basis to track the progression of contractor work • Estimating experience is not a must but a plus (training can be provided) Qualifications • Must have 2+ years of estimating and/or project management experience • Must be comfortable working in the city of Detroit and throughout SouthEast Michigan • Must be reliable and dependable • Must be TEAM oriented • Must have the ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities Role on the Team (Job Functions): • Confirm budget and work orders before the start of the project. • Develop a schedule for repairs. • Manage/oversee repairs - maintain ongoing communications with homeowners/insurers throughout work. • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
