Possible free rent because I could use some help!

I live in a small fixer upper in Hazel Park. (Kind of full of stuff but within reason) there is a spare space upstairs... I'll blame my head injury, being alone, and being 59 years old, but... the dog and I aren't getting much accomplished. We seem to have lost our steam! A little help and motivation might go a long way... Me? I'm disorganized, forgetful, messy, a little ditzy, a little lazy, my dog barks too much, I have Trump signs in my yard, I do get a little depressed sometimes, and I need to figure a way not to have the TV on too loud all night! No idea if there's anyone in the world that could both benefit me, and find benefit in my situation, but I do own the house outright and get a meager disability and food benefit that gets me by. My goal? Get the house and stuff in a condition where I could possibly eventually move out and use it as a rental, MAYBE parley it into another one if possible... you get it?? (Rental income is the ONLY income I'm allowed without losing my disability/health insurance so that is my goal!) I also have a really cool 1978 Toyota Mini Motorhome I'd like to restore and possibly hit the road in. Thanks for reading!
