Experience with - fascia, beams, joist work, exterior trim, rebuilding/repairing decks, stairs, windows/doors, etc.
Truck - REQUIRED
Tools - Saws, Drills, Nail guns, etc
Additional handyman and construction skills a PLUS
Able to speak and write English
