Restore Single Family Homes to get them ready to be rented. Duties: Help maintain cleanliness of job sites at all times and meet timelines. Demo, Install insulation, drywall install and repairs, tape and texture, paint interior/exterior, install cabinets and cabinet handles, install flooring, baseboards, install bathroom vanities, mirrors, install light fixtures, install outlet covers, install smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors, fencing, and landscaping. Requirements: Have basic hand tools Have dependable transportation to and from work (If you have a truck that is a plus) Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.
