We have three different shifts to choose from, which means you have some choice of when you work. · Do you get to choose what you do today? There are a number of different steps in our process, so you have some choice on where you work. · How flexible is your current employee with school schedules? Many of our employees are college students, so we are able to be flexible. It's an advantage since many stay with us and move up after graduation. We are ICM Document Management. As companies are moving to the digital age, many of them are still drowning in paper. We turn that paper into files that are much easier to store, protect, and search. Part of that process includes: · Prepping paper to be scanned - removing staples, taking paper out of binders, removing creases, inserting paper barcode separators · Actually scanning the documents by loading them into high speed scanners and then monitoring the machines for any issues · Quality assurance afterwards to ensure the document scanned correctly · Data entry to capture customer required fields Here is what we are looking for: · Dependable - Our employees are trusted partners that are the key to our success. Emergencies happen, but we need people who will work to be there, and then let us know when they can't make it. · Willing to learn - these are entry level positions. We don't expect you to understand the work, just be willing to learn and we'll take care of the rest. · Good at repetitive tasks - much of what we do is high volume, so it's the same task over and over. For these tasks, people who are able to relax and just enjoy the rhythm of the work do well. · Detail Oriented - for those who work with quality assurance, being able to pay attention to detail is a plus · Technical a plus - some of the positions are more technical. For these, if you have worked with MS Excel, Access, and type well, you'll fit better into these positions. · Like many office jobs, you need to be able to sit for extended periods of time · We often work with boxes so you need to be able to lift and carry 35 pounds Some of the economy has been hard hit with Covid, but we're lucky to be in an industry that is doing well.
