Anyone missing a Husky?

Young, male husky. White/Silver/Black. Brown eyes. No collar, very well-groomed. Found North of Windrose on Paradise Village Parkway, Phoenix, AZ (across the street from Costco, running out of Summit Apartments/Townhomes on the Park). 5:15 am, Wednesday, 5/19 We got him scanned, and he has a chip, but it isn't registered to the owner. We're trying to contact the vet that installed it. We will be posting signs in our area, as well. He's very sweet. Ran right up to us and let me pick him up. Proof of ownership will be required.
