Rehoming sweet young dog

Poppy was found by a hiker wondering in the foothills scared and hungry! Owner not found so we have had her for about 8 weeks. We live on a small hobby farm and she chases chickens and goats so it’s not working out for us to keep her. We’ve gotten a clean bill of health from vet after spay, shots, heart worm testing and prevention. She is about 1 1/2 years old and weighs about 45 lbs. A bit unreliable as far as being house trained but she is eager to please and very treat motivated. Already knows some commands but has much potential with training. Loves other dogs and kids and would be ok with a cat that stands it’s ground.
