I want to hire someone to help put up a 24' by 12' Intex above ground pool. The site is already prepared. Pool comes with attached liner. Previous owner said he put it up himself in 2-3 hours & that anyone with some handyman skills should be able to do it. Name a price. Located in Westmoreland county.
