About 11:30 to noon Wednesday morning May 19th, you were walking from West 8th onto State Street up past 10th. You stopped to chat with someone outside Rite aid and waved to someone along 10th street. I was walking about half a block behind you, but just couldn't catch up! You're about 5' tall wearing shorts and pale blue top. I would have liked to say "hi" and maybe asked to go for a sandwich or whatever. Just taking a shot here hoping to meet you.
