Small lawn - biweekly - through October

Hi I have a front and back lawn - they are tiny. The back is 25' x 5' or so, the front about the same. With a push mower, front and back should take 30 minutes - including trimming. I need someone to do it bi-weekly. I will not be around - there will be renters. You will send a pic, and I will send CashAp, Venmo, or Paypal. I reckon 25 bucks for 30 minutes is fair, but counter offer. YOU MUST HAVE OWN MOWER. Paul
