LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED OPERATORS! We're a family owned company who treat their employees well. We offer high pay, over-time, great benefits and year-round employment. Majority of work is in Big Sky and on large residential homes. Majority of equipment is new CAT equipment including 2 excavators with Engcon tiltrotators. We also use Trimble GPS technology on several jobs. JOB OVERVIEW Excavate high-end residential foundations in Big Sky including mass excavation, driveway construction, installing utilities, backfill, and final grade. Looking for operators with experience who can jump right in and make it happen. Most important skill to us is being able to find grade and keeping jobsites clean. Looking for people who have a positive attitude and are team players. QUALIFICATIONS: • 3+ yr operating all types of heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, compactors, skid steers, and trucks. • 3+ yr excavating foundations or pipework. • Ability to maintain, inspect, clean, and occasionally repair pieces of heavy equipment. • Keen attention to detail and situational awareness to maintain the safety of the work environment. • Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 75+ pounds. • Must have reliable transportation.
