This floor scratch showed up in my apartment. I'm not sure what it's from, but I'm trying to help my landlord get it fixed. I need someone with experience repairing hardwood floors who can come and fix this one big scratch. I know my landlord wants it sanded and varnished, but I'm also open to any easier solutions that will have it looking and feeling normal. A new tenant is currently living there, so I will coordinate your arrival and pay you through Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal when the job is complete.
