A design studio specializing in mid-century architectural restoration and interiors is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the construction side of our projects. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Creating and managing project schedules - Conducting site meetings with subcontractors; soliciting and organizing bids - Managing subcontractors and vendors; monitoring the quality of all work performed and produced - Reviewing progress daily and updating the design team on job status - Working closely with the design team to ensure that all design details are realized precisely and thoroughly REQUIREMENTS: - Extensive experience in construction and/or construction management - Working knowledge of all trades Please submit a short introduction and resume via email.
