Weatherization Warehouse Coordinator Job Description Reports To : Weatherization Supervisor Summary: The Weatherization Warehouse Coordinator will work together with the management and fiscal staff to oversee the daily, overall operations within the warehouse. Including but not limited to purchasing, inventory and procurement. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to, safe and proper completion of a wide variety as listed below: Maintain adequate inventory to ensure weatherization production Follow procurement process for purchasing equipment Conduct monthly inventory report and submit by due date Maintain vendor relations: delivery/receiving/pickup Create Inventory/Supplies Requisitions Distribute and enter Purchase Orders in Abila system Manage material distribution to weatherization trucks Assist with loading/unloading of weatherization trucks Reconcile weatherization truck inventory weekly Track back orders and in-process shipping material Manage office equipment, iPhones, and laptops Inventory cycle counts, restocking, organizing Maintain a clean and well organized warehouse and outside grounds Notify property manager for all trash pickup and yard issues Coordinate and provide guidance for warehouse/office assistant Work with Fleet Management for vehicle services and accidents Manage Vehicle Incident Reports Vehicle insurance and registration verification Conduct vehicle inspections on a regular basis Schedule weatherization vehicles for maintenance Monitor GPS vehicle tracking and gas usage Participate in bi-weekly tailgate meetings Manage/order supplies or office and copier Deliver material to weatherization crews when needed Reconcile inventory with office administration Maintain and schedule calibration for DG-700 and Monoxers Process all petty cash transactions Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of weatherization vehicles S Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent A minimum of 2 years warehouse inventory or similar experience required Must have a valid California Class C Drivers License, with a good driving record. Ability to pay attention to detail, follow instructions, and work independently. Understand and follow oral and written directions in an independent manner. Ability to count and tabulate accurately. Ability to work patiently and courteously with customers. Knowledge of Safe work practices. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities needed to perform assigned duties. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk. Hear and distinguish various sounds, such as voices of coworkers in noisy environments, operating equipment. The employee is required to stand; occasionally walk on uneven ground; bend; squat and twist; reach with hands and arms above and below shoulder level; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Work under such conditions as confined spaces, strong and unpleasant odors, exposure to dust. The employee will infrequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Climb in, out, and up to assigned vehicles and equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Salary - $17.00-$19.00 DOE Schedule - Monday - Friday Shift - 7:00-3:30pm
