We are currently recruiting for an entry-level mechanical associate for our client, a manufacturer in Fitchburg, MA. The primary responsibilities for this role will be to repair basic machines, change oil, and strip-reassemble heavy equipment. Responsibilities: * Change oil, maintain, and clean machines * Strip-reassemble heavy equipment that has been rented *Utilize forklift to move machines/products in yard Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly * Mechanically inclined and experience with basic hand tools * Previous automotive mechanic experience a plus! This position is Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm with up to 10 hours of overtime weekly. The pay is $18-$20/hr depending upon experience.
