A Palletizer is in charge of putting grocery store products like, water, coffee, cereal, toilet paper and soda on a pallet. This pallet is then shipped out to whichever store needs this product. The position requires the employee to stand in place and constantly put product on plastic pallets. You must be able to lift and move boxes in a fast paced work environment for the entire shift. Some products weigh very little and some items weigh up to 45 lbs. Every day is different. We pay our employees a production scale pay. This means that the more pallets you can make the higher your hourly rate goes up! You can make up to $24 an hour if you are efficient and hard working. We pay every Friday!
