If you've got plenty of experience with installing floors and you've got a professional attitude, it may be time to give yourself a raise. I am looking for 2 or 3 highly-skilled, efficient workers and I will pay you what you're worth. I'm looking to pay $25 per hour or more, depending on experience. If you have a different wage in mind, let me know. If you're faster, smarter, and better, I'm happy to pay you more. If you are an installer and you have one or two people that you like to work with, I'm open to hiring you together. If you prefer to be paid a percentage of each job rather than an hourly wage, I'm open to that as well. I would like someone who can start quickly, ideally next week. I've tentatively scheduled a job for Monday, May 24th that I'll need help with. I am fairly busy during the day, so please TEXT or EMAIL to get in touch.
