seeking place to park empty boat trailer

do you have any room for me to park an empty boat trailer? it's not a honker. my little fishing boat lives in the water now and i have nowhere to park this trailer, but i'd love to keep it in case i need to pull the boat out for repairs once a year or so. if you have a lot or any yard space where it could be stashed, i'd happily take you out fishing, buy you a meal, or offer a small payment annually. i know this is a bit of a long shot, but i figure it's worth a try. maybe craigslist "community" is just the answer.
