Job posting We are seeking a knowledgeable, experienced lead foreman to coordinate and operate job sites. The ideal candidate will have complete knowledge of residential remodeling construction inside and out, strong leadership skills and ability to run a crew of at least 4-5 people. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, so must possess customer service skills with ability to communicate properly with the customers and office staff. Must have: • A valid clean driver’s license • Ability to pass a drug screening. • Strong leadership skills with ability to direct others and make quick decisions. • Work Independently with little or no supervision. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must be able to read and follow instructions. • Must be able to pay attention to fine details. • Ability to work and lead a team. • Meet deadlines.
