BUDGET: - $1,600 Labor SCHEDULE: - Start as soon as Friday, 5/21 - Complete by Wednesday, 5/26 MATERIALS PROVIDED BY OWNER: - 80 sheets drywall (8') - 6 buckets all-purpose joint compound - 30 pcs metal corner bead - 3 rolls joint tape (500') - 25 lb screws - Adhesive SCOPE OF WORK: - Hang and finish drywall - Patch any holes or cracks - Cover textured ceiling in one bedroom - Finish window/door openings with cornerbead - Make ready for paint Also hiring a CARPENTER for approximately 1-2 weeks to do miscellaneous punch out work to complete the rehab.
