Description
We are a small team of hardworking individuals in charge of 3 apartment complexes and 8 rental houses for a total of 150 units. Our property manager and office assistant both get their hands dirty daily because none of us are too good to work. If you're looking for a place to plant roots, learn something new, and take pride in your work please come in to the leasing office with your ID, Social, and bank info for Direct Deposit. We will hire on the spot if you have everything and know what you're doing. Our day starts at 8am and ends at 5pm with a one hour lunch M-F.
Primary duties are make-ready's and work orders. You must be willing to do the dirty jobs such as taking care of the dog park, picking up grounds, and cleaning up around the dumpsters. You must be available for after hours emergency maintenance, which averages about 10hrs a month. You must have your own tools and transportation. Preference will be given to those who are skilled in drywall, texture, and paint. Pool care experience is a major plus.
$13-15/hr based on experience
