Fence section needing posts fixed

Need a section of my fence fixed. Just need the structure of the fence fixed... I will but pack the current panels. Two post need to be dug up and straightened (currently leaning). Post hole currently has cement around post (but they were only put in about a foot)... need to dig around the post.. dig hole deeper and cement back. Then the whole fence area (28ft with post 8ft apart - 5 total) - need to be cut down 2 ft (currently 8 ft and city requiring me to lower to 6ft). Adjust existing horizontal 2x4 8ft spans to new 6ft height of fence. Looking for someone ASAP (this weekend). Txt is best way to get a hold of me.
