Work in Facilities/Maintenance with day-to-day operations, driving and basic equipment/vehicle repairs. + Shop, equipment, vehicle and office maintenance + Skills in general repair + Strong organization and time management skills Responsibilities: + Clean facilities by sweeping and emptying trash and recycling + Vehicle maintenance – keeping clean, servicing according to schedule + Operate forklift + Perform maintenance and light repairs on shop equipment and on building + Identify and report the need for major repairs + Deliver and pick up materials and equipment + Daily organization of shop + Perform physically strenuous activities that require climbing ladders, lifting, balancing, and handling heavy materials Requirements: + Proactive, self-starter, organized + Takes direction well + Good communication skills + Well-organized and apt in problem-solving + Attention to detail + Valid Colorado driver’s license + High school diploma If you meet these requirements, please send your cover letter and resume.
