I am a Property owner of a duplex, I need someone to clean up construction area, day labor, paint, carpentry, yard work no experience needed will train. Must be able to go up and down 2 story stairs on regular bases flexible schedule. Lift 50lbs as needed. Short term when available perfect for summer job. Must be dependable and show up on schedule days to work. Set your own hours/days. Currently have clean up construction refuse/area, paint, help with tree removal.
Basically anyone willing to do manual labor to take care of property. I will supervise and train. I am limited to what I can do physically do to a medical condition. Must be able to Work alone or with me depending on the task.
