The Wisconsin Union is seeking a Set-Up Lead (Custodian) Lead to join our team. In this position you will provide set-up services for meetings, conferences, banquets and special events in Wisconsin Union facilities. Duties include working with and guiding crews in the accurate execution of written and verbal instructions to meet the customer's set-up requirements. Interact with customers in meeting changing needs, sometimes under tight deadlines. This is a 1st shift position with normal working hours being: Sunday -Thursday 7am-3pm. This position is eligible to receive differential pay for nights and weekends: -Compensation for hours worked over 40 in a workweek is at “premium time” (one and a half times the regular hourly rate). -Night differential of $0.80 per hour for all hours worked between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. -Weekend differential of $0.80 per hour for all weekend hours worked (i.e., work hours between 12:01 a.m. on Saturday and 12:00 midnight on Sunday).
