My band faded away with the pandemic, and I've got a lot of pent-up creative energy to devote to an interesting and fun music project. Prefer to collaborate on original music, and/or a unique approach to obscure covers. My playing experience is very broad, from accompanying singer-songwriters to playing with musical theater pit bands. my musical spectrum stretches from bluegrass to symphonic metal, with many stops in between including acoustic folk, psychobilly, quirky pop, power pop, alt rock, americana, some latin music and afro-pop for good measure. I'm easy going and drama-averse, have reliable professional gear, and am just as enthusiastic performing in small or large venues. Have a great day job, so no desire to make a career of playing, but still try to maintain a professional approach to playing, taking nothing for granted. Prefer east side of Madison, but am open to considering cool opportunities elsewhere. Fully vaxxed, btw.
