Need help getting driving hours

I have my Learner's Permit but, I don't have a car, I can't afford to take private driving lessons, and I don't have anyone to help me get the driving hours I need to get my Driver's License. I need volunteers who are in the area and are willing to take the time to help me out. Requirements: By Maryland law, volunteers must be 21+ years old Have your driver's license for 3 years What I need: 32 driving hours 8 hours driving at night Driving in bad weather Driving on the highway Front-end parking, back-end parking, and parallel parking At least 2+ hours each session
