$15 an hour to shovel topsoil into cart

I want to hire someone to help me move 12 yards of topsoil into a pull behind, drive to back yard, dump, rinse and repeat. I will spread the dirt myself. I have a privacy fence that prevents a backyard delivery and have moved 22 yards of topsoil myself recently, I would not ask anyone to do what I could not do myself. The truth is at my age I could use some help, please. If interested I will also add in 4 or 5 yards of mulch to be moved. I have the Deere, cart, gas, and will order another load of topsoil as soon as I have someone to help me move it. What I need is a hand at this point. Thank you.
