Hiring a remodel guy to make ready an apartment for renting. Need to fix dings and misc. repairs, patch and re-paint walls/ceilings/trim, clean carpet, replace blinds, replace mirror glass on glass doors, screen and poly living/dining/kitchen hardwood floor, fix toilet, tub spout, bathroom can light, faucet, sand and stain and poly a scratched door, deep clean, and whatever needs doing to tighten it up and make it ready to rent. Patch ceilings where cracked, walls where it needs it - and paint all ceilings and all walls and all trim. Sand and stain and poly coat door to basement. Add wood trim around window pane on back kitchen door. Fix kitchen bar. Caulk / grout where necessary. -Sand worn spots on main floor. -screen and poly coat floor on main level. Upstairs: Fix closet organizer in second bedroom Bathroom - fix can light. Toilet-tank kit, green toilet seat. Install tub spout. Door knobs. Ceiling fans. Clean paint spots off floor. Clean all windows. Install blinds everywhere. Install co2/smoke detectors. Basement: -bedroom, replace closet lights. -install tract heads. Bathroom - take mirror doors to glass shop to replace mirror glass. - patch and paint walls. -install washer/dryer. - fix bath faucet. -Steam clean basement carpet. Kitchen - remove stickers from fridge. Clean inside oven door. Basement - toilet tank kit. Left sink - fix cold water handle. Caulk base to floor. Fix 3-way light at basement stair. Basement bedroom - replace closet lights. Basement tract lights - put the 8 heads on the tract. Basement stair- Fix 3-way switch. Replace stairwell light fixture. Upstairs hall: replace stairwell light fixture. Upstairs bath: Fix can light. Main floor: replace kitchen light. Everywhere: replace any mismatched or damaged outlet or switch. Curtain rods: remove and reinstall for painting.
