North Central Insulation is a professional roofing contractor that has been serving the Chippewa Valley and surrounding areas for over 40 years. We currently employ 15 employees and are expanding, which means we need you! Duties include but are not limited to: • Working on commercial roofing projects throughout the Midwest. Overnights are required. Motel and food money supplied by employer. • May have to work at heights of 20 ft. or more. • Lift up to 50 lbs. on a daily basis. • Various manual tasks may include shoveling, sweeping, lifting, mechanical assistance, pushing and pulling various objects. • Work with and around other tradesman in a sometimes fast paced environment as a TEAM No experience necessary, we will train the right candidates. • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age. • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. (very few weekends if any) • Must be able to withstand outdoor elements (weather) and its changes. • Must be able to endure long workdays. • Must be willing to travel. • Show up on time Pay starts and $16.00 per hour, can be raised based on experience, professionalism, CDL and safety awareness. Vacation pay, Personal days,401K retirement and incentive programs. Review after 30 and 90 days.
