I need to rehome Charlie, my quaker parrot. If you've never had a quaker, or at least some type of parrot, you don't want him. He's a mature male. He eats both seeds and pretty much whatever I do. He talks when he wants to. He's funny. He likes to sit on my shoulder. There is a rehoming fee. Please contact me if interesred.
