Part time maintenance position

Looking for a part time maintenance technician. Starting pay is $15 - $20/hour depending on experience and abilities. Work van is provided. Work hours 10am to 5pm Monday - Friday with a 1hour lunch break. Work locations mostly in Christiansburg, Blacksburg, Radford, Pearisburg, Riner, and Shawsville. Sometimes may be required to go to Rocky Mount, Clifton Forge, Lynchburg, and Reidsville NC. Our company owns and manages several mobile home parks, single family homes, and an apartment building. Must have a valid drivers license and pass background check. Must have your own tools. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Must be able to do general maintenance tasks. Such as basic electric, plumbing, floor repairs, flooring, drywall, paint, cleaning, ets. Not required but would be a plus if able to do decks, roofs, and other jobs.
