Part Time - Positions available for Event Rental Company in Raleigh, NC HS (a local party and event rental company based in Raleigh, NC) is Hiring Highly Motivated Individuals for Delivery Drivers/Setup Crews for Parties, Wedding, Corporate Events *Event Rental Items to be delivered (Chairs, Decor, Event Furnishings and Throne Rentals.) Responsibilities: Deliver Equipment to Customers, Setup, & Return for Pickup after the party/events are over Compensation/Pay: Varies. Piece Rate. $300+ per Weekend Requirements: Fast Paced Environment. Physically Demanding: Must be able to move/handle heavy furniture and chairs (with the use of a handtruck) Ability to lift 50 pounds Available Work Times: Some evening weekday work to prep rentals/cleaning/ Must have Weekend Availability (some weekday and evening hours available if desired) MUST Be able to pass a background check, drug test, and have a good driving record. MUST have a Valid Driver's License MUST be able to drive a cargo van, 16foot, or 26foot box truck... CDL is not required but welcomed Delivery Territory covers all of North Carolina and some runs between our Washington DC location. Experience with Events, banquets and catering, hotels not required but desired. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. per week Schedule: weekends and evenings>> Working on the weekend is a frequent requirement for this position. Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Driving: 3 years (Required) License/Certification: Valid Driver's License (Required) Work Location:Multiple locations Hours per week:10-20 hours a week.
