Warehouse Lead – SE Portland We are searching for an energetic, go-getter who is willing to get their hands dirty. If you have the ability to stay focused with little direction and have a love for organization we have the position for you. Centric Elevator is an elevator constructor located in SE Portland. We maintain, repair, and modernize elevators throughout Oregon and SW Washington. Our warehouse/parts storage facility is in need of direction and organization. It needs a leader. Aside form overseeing the warehouse, this position will entail driving our Chevy flatbed to various jobsites to deliver parts and supplies to our technicians. We envision this job growing into parts procurement and logistics as well. What we offer: • Full-time employment, Monday-Friday, occasionally some weekend/OT work • Medical/Dental benefits after 90 days • 401K with some employer matching • Paid Vacation • Company cell phone • Your very own cubicle The right person should have: • A positive attitude • Great organizational sills • Attention to detail • Problem solving skills • Computer skills (preferably strong in MS Excel) • Some previous warehouse experience • Ability to drive a forklift (or willingness to learn) • Strength to lift/move 50lbs • No fear of driving a full size truck with stake bed and lift gate (Just a Chevy, no CDL needed) • A desire to learn and grow into a larger role within the company • An affinity for Thai food The correct candidate MUST have: • Clean driving record • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen • Extensive knowledge of tools/hardware • Willingness for some overnight travel (very little) • Strong sense of humor If you feel like this is the right Job for you; please tell me why you are the right person!
